• Purchases coreless toilet paper
• Uses electronic correspondence and forms
• Uses EnergyStar compliant computers

Maintenance
• Uses latex paint
• Has an integrated pest management plan
• Drains plugs in maintenance shop to prevent spill discharge into sewer
• Features an effective system of hazardous waste storage, labeling and handling
• Strives to eliminate aerosols

Energy Conservation
• High efficiency HVAC uses natural gas and centrifugal chillers with individual thermostats
• Uses ice storage to cool the main building

Water Conservation
• Performs preventative maintenance of drips and leaks
• Uses well water for irrigation
• Reuses cooling tower waters
• Uses re-circulating dishwashers
• Features an effective landscaping management plan on 26-acre site
